This is the core belief of our winery, founded in 2000 and always striving for improvement. Every year we try to perfect both the products and the wine-making processes with the use of new technology, without however violating the tradition that is our roots.
We are a very small company in Franciacorta. We produce about 25,000 bottles a year and we consider ourselves wine artisans: we personally follow all the steps, from the harvest to the marketing of the products.
We make wine that we like, without following the current trends, and we want those who drink our wines to immediately recognise our personality in them.
Our wines are "100% us": we are in our wine.
The cultivation area extends over more than 4 hectares in the area of Franciacorta: the land is characterised by a clayey soil, and therefore produces more structured grapes.
The production of sparkling wine bases is made up of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir, whereas for red wines it is 50% by Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc and 15% Merlot.
The desire to use only natural products in the vineyard as well as machinery that does not stress the grapes or wine, and long waiting periods before marketing are all essential choices to get what we want to give our customers:
high quality wine without any compromise.
For this reason we have chosen an organic management, in the countryside, with the sole use of copper and sulphur, and we have chosen an electricity supplier that supplies us with naturally sourced energy.
